Vendor Registration • NPR Fourth Friday

The NPR Fourth Friday is a monthly, evening, outdoor market. The market takes place in Historic Downtown New Port Richey once a month from 6pm – 10pm.

There is no fee to apply. Submitting your application DOES NOT guarantee your acceptance to the market. After your application is approved, an email will be sent and you will be able to register for the market dates that are open. Spots are first come, first serve based on your category.

The Market Manager will determine if a product meets the needs of the market. If it does not, your application may be denied or placed on a waitlist. There is no time frame for determining when a waitlisted application may be accepted into the market. We are limiting the number of vendors in each category to give our vendors a better selling advantage and our consumers a variety of products. Please allow 7-14 business days for the review of your application due to the high volume of applications. If you do not hear from us within this time frame, you have been placed on the waitlist.

How to qualify to be a Vendor

All market applications are reviewed in the completed online version only. It is necessary for an interested potential vendor to complete an online Vendor Application in its entirety, providing the required licenses, their company description, product listings and social media account so we can view your product photos. If the application is not completed correctly and/or fully it will not be reviewed for a vendor space.

We give priority to Vendors who sell products that are locally made and preferably handcrafted or created by them in some way, shape or form.

Commercial vendors with no physical products to sell (travel getaway packages, solar services, pest control etc) are accepted, but limited. We will not accept commercial vendors if there is an existing business of the same nature located Downtown. We only accept vendors that do not directly compete with merchants within that particular area.

We do not accept franchise commercial vendors (AT&T, Verizon, etc).

Rules

You must have a 10x10 commercial tent.
Fire rated tag MUST be affixed to the tent.
Tent weights must be a minimum of 25LBs PER LEG. Only weights specifically designed for commercial tents (such sandbags) or solid made weights (such as cement filled PVC pipes) are allowed. No stakes allowed.
Your canopy must be set up and secured before setting up anything else.
Booths must remain open with complete set-up for the entirety of the market, even if you sell out of your items.
All vendors must be self-sufficient and are responsible for all set up materials including, but not limited to: tables, canopy tents, weights, umbrellas, chairs, signage, and tablecloths. All tables must be fully covered with a tablecloth.
The market runs rain or moonshine.
It is recommended that all vendors carry their own liability insurance.
Electricity is not available. If electricity is required, we ask that you provide your own self-sustaining power/electricity. No generators.

The market is once a month. While we strive to keep it on Fourth Fridays, there are a few months where the market is hosted on another Friday.

Market Rules

I, {name-1} {name-2}, agree to comply with the rules and regulations for operation and use of market spaces; and I understand that if I provide false information or if I violate the rules and regulations outlined within, I may lose vending privileges. I also agree to follow all rules emailed when Confirmed and Approved to be a vendor, including setup instructions.

Hold Harmless

Participant's Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any event operated by Unik Collective LLC I, {name-1} {name-2}, (hereinafter called “Seller”), in consideration of being provided selling space at any Unik Collective LLC event, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Seller acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with each and every rule, regulation, procedure, term and condition, including but not limited to compliance with any local or state ordinances, or as set forth in the Unik Collective LLC Vendor Handbook containing the Rules & Regulations for all events and in the performance of services, work or activities under this Agreement and the Unik Collective LLC Vendor Rules & Regulations. All food trucks shall comply with the rules, including inspections, established by the fire marshals in the location where the event is being held. Unik Collective LLC, at their discretion, may require proof for Seller to participate.
Seller shall indemnify, defend, hold harmless and agree not to sue Unik Collective LLC, The City of New Port Richey, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, or co-sponsors of the program, or the owner of the property the event is held at for any and all claims, damages, costs, attorney's fees, or causes of action which Seller has or may have in the future, as a result of damages or injuries relating to the participation or travel to and from any event, from any claim or allegations of damages or injuries to or from Seller’s customers, or arising out of or incident to any willful misconduct, negligent act or omission by Unik Collective LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, or co-sponsors in connection with Seller’s participation in any Unik Collective LLC, Inc. fresh market or event.
Seller understands and agrees that there exist risks of harm associated with participating in any event they operate which may give rise to bodily injury and/or property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment, those hazards associated with strenuous activity and/or personal injury including serious physical and/or mental trauma or death, exhaustion, dehydration, and any other injuries; exposure and emergencies related to force majeure eventsincluding inclement weather involving hot or cold weather, rain, wind, thundershowers and lightning that may result in participating in a Unik Collective LLC event.
Seller further understands and agrees that there may be risks and dangers not known or reasonably foreseeable at this time. Seller understands and agrees that included within the scope of this waiver and release is any cause of action, arising from the performance of or the failure to perform maintenance, inspection, supervision or control of his/her vendor equipment or his/her operating vehicle or the failure to warn of existing dangerous conditions not known to or reasonably discovered by Unik Collective LLC, including all acts of negligence of any property an event is held at. The seller knowingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for these risks arising out of or related to his/her participation in any event.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, AND I UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS A CONTRACT BETWEEN UNIK COLLECTIVE LLC AND MYSELF. I HAVE VOLUNTARILY CHOSEN THE ACTIVITIES IN WHICH I AM PARTICIPATING.
